A while back I was listening to a guided meditation by Headspace, and it prompted the question, “what is my ideal goal?” In the context of meditation, the goal is to achieve that advertised nirvana state, but I know the reality of the situation that just 10 minutes most nights isn’t going to cut it. And that led me to ask, why am I not motivated to do more?
