Two things we want more out of life — more positivity and more productivity. Out of the endless tips and tricks to increase those traits, I will dive deeply into the topic of journaling. I will cover precisely how journaling, the act of writing out our thoughts, enables us to be a more positive person with a brighter outlook, as well as be more productive with our time.
